Our client is a leader in providing travel technology to the tour Ops market and is currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team in London.

The main focus of this role will be to analyse, document and propose solutions for the business areas of their products and to prepare functional specifications.

The Role;
• Collect, understand and transmit the business requirements for the projects, and translate these into functional specifications and detailed test plans.
• Analyse and document business process.
• Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from the client on the specifications.
• Provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality.
• Day to day management of change requests ensuring project deadlines are met.
• Produce weekly reports for the Project Manager showing progress, outstanding milestones, status, resource requirements, issues, risks and dependencies.

The Person;
• Demonstrate evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes.
• Tour Operator background
• Demonstrate experience writing requirement specification s for information systems.
• A proven track record in a Software Development environment.
• Proven experience interacting directly with end users.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
