Our client is a global Business Travel Agency market leader and looking to hire an Online Service Delivery Manager for the EMEA region. As part of the applications EMEA team, the Online Service Delivery Manager is responsible for the technical implementation and ongoing maintenance of products, for internal or external customers.

Responsibilities breakdown:
40% working with Business Analysis team for implementing products
40% day to day maintenance of existing customers working with EMEA products
20% Managing change request & special projects involvement

The ideal candidate will have a business travel background (operational knowledge) + analytical skills + overall understanding of technical processes & requirements + experience of database management +knowledge of online booking tools + problem solving skills + team worker and a further European languages is a big plus.

This position is open to candidates in Europe (UK, Germany, France, Holland, Benelux)
