Our client is a Global leader in providing Technology solutions to the Airport & Airline industry.

They are currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist - Airport Systems

You will act as a 1st and 2nd Level Service Desk supporting clients using their Products and Solutions. The Customer Support Specialist provides a Single Point of Contact for incidents, service requests and phone calls.

The primary functions for this role will be;
• Respond to clients questions concerning their Products and Solutions (functionality, application, interactions between different solution components)
• Acknowledge, investigate and when possible recover incidents within service levels using knowledge solutions.
• Escalate incidents outside the scope of team competencies to 3rd level resolver groups or to external services providers and follow-up.
• Provide clients with updates on the status of critical problems.

These experiences are a must for this role :

Knowledge in Airline and Airport systems
Exeprience in airport check in
Experience in airport load control operations


Additionally previous experience in a Help Desk/Customer Service environment would be beneficial. You must also have strong customer service ethos, professional intrapersonal skills and to be part of a high performing team.
