With a number of recent successes we are now looking to recruit a
client facing Resourcer to join our team in Reading. This person will be
working with the Commercial and Operations team focusing on the
sourcing of quality Travel Industry candidates.
This position has the option to progress into a Consultancy role with the right attitude and ability within the first year.
The Role;
* Resourcing of quality candidates
* Successful marketing of the Candidates to the Client
* Maintaining Candidate relationships throughout the full lifecycle of a placement
* Complete ownership of vacancies including Advertising to the appropriate market(s)
The Person;
* Good understanding of the corporate travel market
* Proven knowledge of the B2B market with commercial sales experience
* Ability to maintain and grow client and candidate relationships

* Proven knowledge of the B2B market with commercial sales experience
* Ability to maintain and grow client and candidate relationships
* Passion for technology is a must
