As Technical Account Manager you are responsible for the operational relationship with clients providing systems support for applications.
Your clients are major Travel Management Companies and Travel Managers in large European or UK corporations.
To succeed in this role you should be energetic, motivated, and result-oriented. You are disciplined with an astute business sense with a strong orientation towards customer satisfaction. You must also have an analytical approach to problem solving and enjoy investigating technical issues.
You work closely with the Account Management team to deliver the right level of service to our clients.
