Back in 2000, I spotted a big gap in travel industry recruitment. While companies were building online strategies for clients to book and manage their own travel, targeted recruitment in this field was non-existent.

As the digital shift grew momentum, I launched Skypath - the first tech recruitment agency to focus purely on the travel-tech sector.

Over the last 20 years we’ve helped TMCs, GDSs, travel-tech companies and travel agencies around the globe hire technical experts.

Online payment and expense management companies now form a large part of our portfolio of clients. And more recently we’ve entered the world of retail and ecommerce – finding many similarities between our retail and travel clients’ needs.
