As a Digital marketing account manager, the successful candidate will be part of a special team who work together to assist clients to trade more successfully using their digital solutions. Main Job Purpose
The successful candidate will be assigned to their digital marketing team, which is comprised of a group of dedicated and motivated digital marketing specialists.
The role will be to oversee the digital performance of multiple external accounts, including SEO, Brand Awareness, and Lead Generation.
The successful Marketing Account Manager will report to their Digital Marketing Manager who will be a mentor during your time and to offer guidance and advice to help get you where you want to be in the future.
Duties and Responsibilities
This role is hands-on, and you will be responsible for numerous clients across all digital channels, with work as follows:
Working with clients regularly to understand their business & objectives
Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
Understand their client’s business priorities and help shape the strategy and delivery within the team
Implementation & overseeing of day-to-day campaign management, maximising client return on investment across multiple digital channels
Address client queries effectively and in time
Proactively upsell to clients to maximise account value
Setting deadlines across the team and ensuring project completion
Report on digital channel performance for the business & client
Seek to actively participate in new business projects
Stay up to date with digital technology trends
Skills / Attributes Required
Ideally, 4 years’ experience in Digital Marketing
Experience managing at least one other team member
Demonstrate a passion for all things digital
Excellent written & verbal communication
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask
Strong attention to detail
Self-motivated, hardworking & dedicated to getting the job done properly
Confident in making decisions
Data driven & analytical
Knowledge of the automotive industry (beneficial)
Knowledge of Google Analytics (required)
Place of work is hybrid, minimum 2 days in the office.
