A fast-expanding US-based B2B Travel-Tech company is looking for Senior Java Developer with Travel Industry and GDS’s API expertise to join their expanding software development teams across Canada, US and Europe.

As a senior Java developer, you will work on the backend codebase, in a fast pace environment. You should be able to work effectively both independently and in a team environment to develop solutions and provide technical expertise as needed. This is a great opportunity to join the company at its early stage of expansion as there will be opportunities to step up during the coming months and years.

You can be based fully remote across Canada, the US and United Kingdom.

The ideal background:

• Experience with any of the major GDS systems

• 3 years+ experience in Java

• 5 years+ experience in software development

• Tech stack - PostgreSQL, Redis, ActiveMQ, HAProxy

• Integration of 3rd party APIs

• Ability to architect independent components

• Deep knowledge of designs patterns

• Good knowledge of data structures

• Fluent English
