This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills along with some recent experience with SQL, HTML, CSS and AngularJS. Looking for an individual with 2+ years business experience who can hit the ground running. Previous experience of business analysis will be a bonus.
 

Job Purpose:  

The Technical Delivery Consultant shall be the subject matter expert in the implementation of company’s system. 

  • Work with the Project Manager to identify the customer’s system implementation requirements. 

  • Translate the requirements into a proposed solution build and manage the implementation through to completion.  

  • Build confidence in the system by demonstrating understanding of business challenges and proposing more efficient implementation options.  

  • Build customer knowledge in the system by delivering training and providing coaching/guidance when required.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Work with the Project Manager, Data Specialist and/or Development Specialist to obtain the customers implementation requirements. 

  • Challenge requirements where appropriate to ensure efficient.

  • Understand the customers business processes and operational challenges and translate this into a proposed solution build.

  • Document and agree requirements for system triggers (RADARS), custom export reports or development work. 

  • Work with the relevant teams to ensure these are delivered on time and as expected. 

Technical delivery:

  • Plan the build and test strategy for the required implementation. 

  • Work with the Project Manager to detail the implementation project plan and expected delivery effort.

  • Problem solving skills

  • Diligence and attention to detail to ensure work is delivered to a high standard

  • Great time management skills with the ability to deliver to a deadline

  • Able to communicate clearly, confident in asking questions and raising issues as they occur

  • Confident to challenge or put forward alternative solutions or approaches

  • Experience of using HTML and Visual Studio Code would be advantageous

  • An understanding of and/or experience of using JavaScript

  • Experience of using Word such as creating documents with tables, mail merge skills would be beneficial.
