Main responsibilities:
- Taking, managing and converting sales enquiries primarily regarding products in a prompt and professional manner.
- Creating and issuing quotes and dealing with customer orders.
- Monitoring and chasing ongoing sales pipeline.
- Referral of predefined opportunities to the Sales Director.
- Accurate and timely maintenance of all relevant CRM systems and statistics relevant to your pipeline of sales.
- Maintain appropriate communication and liaison with other teams in the business to ensure smooth implementation of new clients.
- Whilst a predominantly internal sales role, there may be a need to travel to prospective clients when necessary.
- Degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years work experience (sales or sales support in a B2B environment preferred)
- Expected to work from Central Reading office, fulltime (working from home during Covid-19)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with MS Office and Salesforce.com
- Organised and detail oriented
- Self-directed, highly energetic, professional and flexible
- Excellent telephone manner
- Fluency in English to native level
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Driving licence
