Fantastic opportunity for a Technical Product Manager to join a leading global B2B travel company focusing on hotel solutions.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will work as part of a team with the goal to deliver enhanced and personalized experience to travellers, meet the needs of corporate customers and support sustainable relationship with suppliers. In this role, you will bring together Data & Analysis team to make sense of the data & increase system’s performance, software engineering to deliver features & capabilities, architects for the design sustainable solutions, and the business partners to ensure the work is directed towards value creation for customers.

You will work and interface with other teams contributing to the development of capabilities, all sharing the same core values: Integrity, Leadership, Caring, Passion and Trust.

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand business ask and propose initiative to support the goal

  • Work with Product and Technology ensuring alignment

  • Generate detailed quarterly plan of execution based on the high-level annual roadmap

  • Create development workflow outlining dependencies within Personalization and other internal/external teams

  • Coordinate resources within Personalization (GRAMPA and DS) and other cross functional teams

  • Inform Business stakeholder of weekly and quarterly progress

  • Product Implementation support (Client Migration, SNOW tickets, internal training, documentation)

  • Improvements of internal tools: Kibana, WhatIf, GRM

  • Initiative/Epic/Story writing

  • Jira and backlog management

  • Agile ceremonies (refinement, standup, retro, sprint review)

  • Improvements to existing tools and services

  • Performance measurement capabilities and monitoring: Review and recommend adjustments to the configurations based on the analysis

  • Team management and talent growth

Experience & education:

  • 5+ years' relevant experience required.

  • Progressive Product management experience, preferably in the business travel/hospitality industry

  • Track record of leading product management processes including: product definition, planification, business stakeholder interfacing

  • Experience in managing and developing a product team

  • Experience in digital product management, Agile development methodologies, APIs

  • Experience of communicating information concisely and clearly across geographies and teams

  • Experience with project management

  • Previous international/global experience and proven success working in a multi-cultural environment

  • Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree; OR appropriate combination of education and experience

Place of work: The ideal candidate would be commutable to London however, our client would consider a remote UK-based employee.
