An exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Travel consultant to join an expanding international travel business in London.
As a crucial member of our EMEA Customer Service Team, based out of London, you will be the frontline ambassador meeting the day-to-day travel requirements of external clients.
We need customer agents who can adapt to the changing landscape in travel and deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. You are passionate about helping people, obsessed with customer experience, and an expert in all things travel.
Helping clients with personalized support at all points in the travel fulfilment life-cycle.
Monitoring and executing your inbound queue from our servicing platform queries.
Researching, crafting, and executing itineraries for clients based on travel program policies.
Resolving last-minute emergency travel situations.
Contributing to your team's continual learning and upskilling.
Providing feedback to our product and engineering team when something can be improved.
Special projects galore! You’ll be involved in initiatives outside of the customer service team.
The required background:
5+ years experience as a business travel agent preferably supporting global travel for Fortune 1000 clients.
Excellent use of Sabre GDS.
Master of crafting complex corporate travel itineraries.
Stellar communication skills in English.
Additional bilingual language proficiency in one or more of the following languages is a requirement: German, French, Portuguese, or Spanish.
Solid computer skills and the ability to seamlessly navigate multiple tools and systems.
A passion for customer satisfaction and providing high touch, white-glove support.
Proven ability to work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including vendors.
Flexibility to work shifts on a rotating basis and extended hours as needed.
This position will be based from home as well as visiting the London office whenever required.
