An industry gamechanger operating in one of the most significant industries is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to support them in becoming a global leader.

This is a new position and you have the opportunity to shape this and make an impact. The role is a flexible hybrid of remote work and office time with 1 day every couple of weeks in the office, or more if you prefer. 

About you:

  • You'll have experience in product marketing to B2B audiences, having worked in a high growth tech business in the past, ideally with a product-led growth strategy

  • You are comfortable with a range of marketing tools

  • You are customer-focused and balance that with a data-driven approach to problem-solving

  • You are analytical and rigorous - you track and measure everything and report back actionable insights to the business with a focus on continuous improvement

  • You are a confident writer with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to create engaging content across a number of platforms

  • You're a team player and thrive working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same

Main Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to our Chief Product Officer with a dotted line to our Head of Brand Marketing, you'll be accountable for leading and managing the planning and hands-on execution of marketing campaigns to both launch and grow the products

  • You will work closely with the product team to gain a deep knowledge of the product and how it solves the customer problems

  • With the support of the sales team, you'll develop product pricing strategies and structures

  • Creating and delivering training for sales and customer success teams and associated sales assets such as interactive demos and 'how to' materials

  • You will be responsible for the product landing pages on our website and increasing the number of self-serve sign-ups, working closely with sales to convert these into paying customers

  • You will be responsible for lead generation activities to acquire new customers

  • You'll influence the product roadmap by collating structured feedback for continuous improvement

What success will look like:
 

  • You will have played an active role in launching our supply chain solutions to our target audiences and acquisition, engaging both external and internal customers and giving them a reason to get involved

  • You will have established clear and concise lines of communication between all teams, keeping the product, engineering, design, customer success and sales team informed at all the key moments due to your clear and timely communication

  • Working closely with our Head of Brand and Communication, you will be the champion of a product narrative that engages our customers and educates them on the product, its story, and its value proposition

  • You consistently ensure product usage grows month on month

Place of work is home-based with 2-4 days in the London or Portsmouth office.
