A specialist in the cloud-based employee health platform/engagement industry is looking for a Technical Consultant / Implementation Consultant to join them.
Job Purpose:
The Technical Implementation Consultant is a subject matter expert in implementing the company’s system.
Work with the Project Manager to identify the customer’s system implementation requirements.
Translate the requirements into a proposed solution build and manage the implementation through to completion.
Build confidence in the system by understanding business challenges and proposing more efficient implementation options.
Build customer knowledge in the system by delivering training and coaching/guidance when required.
Job Responsibilities:
Requirement gathering and management:
Work with the Project Manager, Data Specialist and/or Development Specialist to obtain the customer's implementation requirements.
Challenge requirements where appropriate to ensure efficiency.
Understand the customers business processes and operational challenges and translate this into a proposed solution build.
Document and agree with system triggers (RADARS) requirements, custom export reports or development work.
Work with the relevant teams to ensure these are delivered on time and as expected.
Technical delivery:
Plan the build and test strategy for the required implementation.
Work with the Project Manager to detail the implementation plan and expected delivery effort.
The implementation could include:
System configuration, including set up of customer environments
Creation of required access roles and permissions
Creation of templates including online forms, email, SMS and Word using html, CSS and AngularJS.
Creation of workflows to guide the user through their business process
Importing of employee, organisation or case-related data into the system
Deliver or oversee the delivery of the required implementation.
Ensure the implementation is tested and meets the customers’ requirements.
Escalate any risks or issues to the delivery to the Project Manager and Technical Delivery Lead
Subject Matter Expert:
Acting subject matter expert for system implementation work.
Answering questions both internally or externally as required.
Deliver training to customers system users and offer knowledge transfer and guidance as needed.
Raise any identified system issues with the Technical Delivery Lead/Customer Success Lead to be resolved with the development team.
Hand over completed delivery to the support team as appropriate.
Offer coaching and guidance to other Technical Delivery Consultants as required.

Experience in using HTML and Visual Studio Code would be advantageous
An understanding of and/or experience of using JavaScript
Experience in using Word, such as creating documents with tables, mail merge skills, would be beneficial.
