Our client is a travel-technology solutions provider and are looking for a Technical Account Managerwith a keen interest in technology and solving customer problemswith a travel industry background.

Due to growth, they are looking for a Technical Account Manager preferably with experience in the travel industry to manage key accounts. They are seeking an individual with a keen interest in technology who’s driven by using their experience in applications to solve customer problems. Looking for a passionate individual who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of their customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.

Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to customer needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Gain an intimate and deep understanding of their SaaS(software as a service) offering and its business implications for the customers.

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the customers.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers.

  • Forecast and track key account metrics.

  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to implement that growth.

  • Identify training needs, and provide formal and ad-hoc training to the company’s customers, both over the internet and in person at customer sites in the UK and abroad.

  • Previous experience of account management or other relevant experience
