Our client is a travel-technology solutions provider and are looking for a Technical Account Managerwith a keen interest in technology and solving customer problemswith a travel industry background.
Due to growth, they are looking for a Technical Account Manager preferably with experience in the travel industry to manage key accounts. They are seeking an individual with a keen interest in technology who’s driven by using their experience in applications to solve customer problems. Looking for a passionate individual who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of their customers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of their solutions according to customer needs.
Responsibilities and Duties
Gain an intimate and deep understanding of their SaaS(software as a service) offering and its business implications for the customers.
Operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the customers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customers.
Forecast and track key account metrics.
Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to implement that growth.
Identify training needs, and provide formal and ad-hoc training to the company’s customers, both over the internet and in person at customer sites in the UK and abroad.

Previous experience of account management or other relevant experience
